Developed in close collaboration with physicians and neuroscience experts, and supported by clinical studies, the solution leverages the brain’s cognitive abilities to modulate pain pathways.
It achieves this through visual and auditory stimulation, attention diversion, and advanced psychological techniques aimed at reducing both pain and anxiety.
The interface has been specifically designed with both patient comfort and the needs of OR staff in mind, making it easier for staff to carry out their tasks while enhancing the patient’s overall experience.

These immersive experiences are enhanced by the realism of the 3D environments, soothing soundscapes, and specific medical hypnosis scripts tailored to each theme. Additionally, targeted breathing exercises —such as those promoting cardiac coherence or deep breathing for post-operative rehabilitation — are integrated to further manage anxiety.


Touchscreen control unit running the therapeutic software used to configure, calibrate, and monitor the patient’s immersion session. The system enables a fully personalized experience: the patient is immersed in a combination of medical hypnosis and virtual reality through multisensory inputs such as 3D natural environments, music therapy, and hypnotic suggestions.
The Patient can express his preferences and choose among immersive scenarios, while the caregiver finalizes and customizes the experience to match clinical objectives and patient needs. Interaction with the patient is possible via real-time voice communication or visual messages displayed in the headset.
Enables wireless connection with the VR headset for real-time session management. Functions include adjustment of immersion duration (5–80 minutes), patient profile selection, audio parameter control (voice, music, environmental sounds), and activation of interactive features such as breathing exercises or live voice guidance.

Over-ear, active noise-cancelling headphones optimized for therapeutic use. Provides clear, immersive audio while minimizing ambient noise, enhancing patient focus and comfort. Can be connected via cable or wireless protocol. Used for delivery of pre-recorded or live therapeutic content. Designed for prolonged use with high battery autonomy.

External wired microphone enabling live vocal interaction during therapeutic sessions. Activates the system's "live hypnosis" mode, disabling pre-recorded tracks and allowing a trained clinician to deliver personalized therapeutic speech. Microphone input level is adjustable via the advanced control interface to ensure optimal audio clarity. Sessions can be recorded for later use under consistent configuration parameters.

Modular battery packs designed to extend the runtime of the system’s hardware components, particularly the virtual reality headset. Essential for uninterrupted sessions in high-frequency clinical settings or when power access is limited. Battery level indicators are visible on the monitoring interface, and integration allows safe power management during active sessions.

Made of soft, hypoallergenic, and latex-free non-woven material, it covers the patient's face and ears, preventing direct contact with the device during the VR session. The kit is specifically designed for the XCOPE system and is easy to apply and remove, supporting rapid patient turnover. Ideal for clinical settings, including operating rooms, the disposable kit streamlines the workflow for healthcare professionals.
